About

The Snowfall Theater is a playhouse looking to provide a peaceful exchange of cultures to the wider world, showing Garlean plays of old. All are welcome to attend and experience the classical arts of Garlemald and her people. We hope to at least help mend the gap and allow a positive experience with dramas, comedies and potentially more in the future!We also provide food and drink for a more pleasurable viewing experience, bringing cuisines from around the world including the favorite of the Garlean people, pizza!Please join us as we set forth into an exciting frontier, bring together folks from all walks of life to laugh, cry and cheer on our actors and performers and experience stories you might not have ever heard of.

Rules

  • Please enable Yell and Shout chat. Actors will use Yell during the show and Shout will be used by all Staff for important announcements.

  • Doors will be locked at the start of the showing. The doors will not unlock until intermission. The only exception is if you are disconnected unexpectedly but only for the first occurrence.

  • Please stay in your assigned seating during prep time. Once the show begins and the doors have been locked, you may change seats as you see fit so long as it is open and in the section you paid for.

  • We do not condone discrimination or harassment. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly space. Respect the Golden Rule.

  • In character, the theater is co-owned by a garlean and is an attempt to peacefully offer a cultural exchange. We wish for this to be a role play opportunity however, we ask that this does not incite harassment IC unless you and the other players involved explicitly agree to it and not at all OOC.

Staff

Defender Duck

Co-owner of the theater, Duck works the kitchen and serves as another actor as needed. A charming personality and fun demeanor, they are certain to make any guest's visit a fun one! If Vivian, their partner, could be described as the Head of Reason, Duck is the Head of Resolve.

Haru Kurogane

This is Haru. Haru is a 7'1" Veena Viera from Kugane. Haru serves a little bit of everything. A little bit music playing with his bard skills, a little bit of serving drinks and food and if he is especially lucky, a role in a performance! When he's not in the middle of something, you'll find him throwing heart eyes at the other dashing Viera working behind the bar. (See Also The BB Lounge.)

Liokki Kurogane

A long time bartending bun, Lio thrives in the venues of Eorzea where he's made his home. This Rava Viera is good humored, laid back, and a bit cheeky, though he saves it mostly for his darling husbun. When he's not buntending or doting on Haru, he's happy to chat and offer up an ear or two when needed. You'll find him right at home behind the bar in multiple venues, slinging cocktails and coffees to include his very own venue, Tipsy Whispers.

Mauve Rose

Mauve serves as the costume director and has a keen eye for fashion! Her lovable and outgoing personality has led to her being known to friends as a massive teddy bear. She also serves as extra muscle as what is a beautiful rose without some thorns to back it up?

Vivian Emoro

Co-owner of the theater, Vivian is the reason this venue became what it is. Growing up in Garlemald, she was exposed to the theater at an early age and always wished to share her love with the wider world. With the war at an end, she can finally try.
